| | rental history verification required What is the name of your state? ca
we are currently in the process of being qualified for a home loan..
we have had credit problems and bk in past.. almost 2 yrs for bk...
we currently are in a 2 yr rental lease and have been late 2 times.. landlord is nice and we keep the house in good shape...
we obviously would have to break the lease, in which landlord wouldnt be happy..
i know we will either owe him the back months or until he rents it out..not a problem at this point..
the question is if the landlord puts down 2 times late , will it affect our chances of a loan..
and what stops people from having there relatives puting down that they are the landlord and that they(the renters) are great and pay on time... how much does either the bank or the lender check on this... thanks for the info... | |
