repo in texas

What is the name of your state?tx Can a repo of a mobile home in texas get your wages garnished,we had no choice but to give it back we had to move unexpectedly

Your wages will be garnished if there is a judgment against you.

If, for example, the trailer was worth $10K but you borrowed $15K and put it up for collateral and, when they sell it, they only get $10K, then they may sue you for the deficiency (meaning $5K).

IIRC wages cannot be garnished in Texas except for owing child support or federal taxes.
