Responsible for HELOC Lien in trustee auction?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ

I am looking to purchases a forclosure house at a Trustee auction for my primary residence. The primary mortgage is the one being forclosed on, but there is also a $80k lien for a credit line (revolving), which I assume is a HELOC. My question is, if I am the winning bidder will this be wiped out in the sale, or will I also be responsible for this lien. I have received conflicting answers on this.
