What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
We declared BR and moved out of our house. After the BR was filed the mortgage co. proceeded with foreclosing. This would have been in early March. We moved out of the house in early February (we winterized and secured the house before leaving). For various reasons we were unable to get all of our belongings out of the house at that time. We went back a month ago to retrieve the last of our items that we had put in the shed. The locks had been changed in the house, and our locks on the shed cut off and new ones put on. The house is up for auction at the end of this month, and we would like to retrieve some of our personal belongings- nothing worth a great deal, just some stuff of sentimental value. Is this something that is possible, and what would be the appropriate channels?

Thank you for any advice.
