right to cancel

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Calif
Hello I refinanced my house , mainly to pay off my car and pay 2 high creidit cards.....after sighning I noticed that the car was not paid off, after talking to my loan officer, and then her boss, I was not happy with the loan it was not what they said it was going to be so I sighend and sent the "right to cancel papers and it was rcievied in the allowed time, and I have sent them copy of signed return receipt, still they went through with loan I have not gotten a response. and loan has already payed off my old mortagage Co
What can I do Please!!! help thank you!!!

**A: also file a complaint with the state and BBB. Search predatory lending.
