rights after foreclosure sale in TXWhat is the name of your state? tx wanting to know how I can fight to keep my house after a forclosure sale has taken place. was in the middle of refinancing my house and mortgage company would not work with us or our new mortgage lender. |

| If the foreclosure sale has occured, you have nothing to fight over. Texas has no right of redemption. The mortgage company is under no obligation to "work" with you. If the property was bought by the original mortgager at foreclosure, you might be able to buy it back if you have new financing. |
