rights after foreclosure sale in TX


What is the name of your state? tx
wanting to know how I can fight to keep my house after a forclosure sale has taken place.
was in the middle of refinancing my house and mortgage company would not work with us or our new mortgage lender.

If the foreclosure sale has occured, you have nothing to fight over. Texas has no right of redemption. The mortgage company is under no obligation to "work" with you. If the property was bought by the original mortgager at foreclosure, you might be able to buy it back if you have new financing.

Plus attorney fees, late charges, etc.
The problem now would be qualifying for a new loan. Once you have a foreclosure on your record, you'll be hard pressed to find a lender. (And yes, your new mortage lender would find out about the foreclosure.)

Sorry to say, but you need to start packing.
