Second mortgage foreclosure

What is the name of your state? AR
I declared bankruptcy in 2000 and havent paid the second mortgage since but Im current with the first mortgage. Can the second mortgage foreclose? They have sent many court documents but I havent responded to any, mainly because I received shoddy consolidation home improvement work such as carpet
alarm system,and tile. This work has fell apart.

A: Yes.


They have sent many court documents but I havent responded to any, mainly because I received shoddy consolidation home improvement work such as carpet
alarm system,and tile. This work has fell apart.

That is no defense to your non-payment.

If you can find a buyer, you can sell anything.

Just make a full and complete disclosure of everything.

2nd Mortgage Foreclosure

I really dont know what to do. Ive owned this house for 11 years and everything is falling apart and I cant afford to make repairs or make the second mortgage. Im a single parent with 2sons your advice would be greatly appreciated.

What on earth does this have to do with your obligation on the Second?
