Secong mortgage

What is the name of your state? Florida

I lost my job last few months ago but I was able to still send my 1st mortgage payment but I am 2 months behind on my second mortgage.

Can the second mortgage bank still foreclose on me and I loose the house even if I am not behind on my 1st mortgage????

Thank you for your help.

You will have to leave the day they have the auction.

Do everything possible to get the second mortgage brought up to date.

I am unsure if I know what bigget means ; or if you know what niggardly means...

www.dictionary.com

As SJ said, you will have to vacate immediately when the house is sold - so make sure it is not sold.

The second mortgage holder is rude to you? Of course they are! They gave you money and you won't pay it back and if they foreclose they may not get all of the money back after paying their costs and the first mortgage.

The second mortgage holder could start foreclosure proceedings today if they wanted to. So find a way to get them some money ASAP or else they will start refusing partial payments an demand the balance of your loan.

Well...now you've gone and hurt his feelings too.

You must be a bigget.

seniorjudge knows what bigget means, I don't need to explain it, his type understand that word clearly.

Thank you for reply and thank you for being nice and proffesional in your post not a jerk like the seniorjudge, all I was asking is for help not a lesson from a bigget that thinks I am lazy citizen that is abusing the system.

I'm wondering why this guy is out of work and cant pay his bills, maybe its his attitude. I'm even thinking second mortgage holder may not be so rude, maybe debtor yelled and screamed at them and called them bigots too.

I think you mean biggets.

Okay, poster, you're out of work and I asked you how many places you applied for a job today and you exploded.

See a problem there?
