seller saying I defaulted on contract

What is the name of your state?IL
I bought a home on contract in2000. The contract is for 6 years. I have 14 months left to fulfill my side of it. Seller says that I defaulted because I left the home to go to TN. She purposely sent me a certified letter during my absence telling me that i had 30 days to gat a big list of things done to the home. Now i have 3 days left and there is no way i can get the demands met. Nowhere in the contract does it state that she has the right to tell me what to do with the home or a timeline to do it in. She has moved back to the area and she wants the home back and will do anything to get it. I am planning on renting the home and move to TN. She said that I cannot do this. Nowhere in the contract does it state that I have to live in the home or that I cannot pay off the balance early. What rights do I have? I have written her a letter stating that she has no right to do inspections on the home and that I want to pay off the balance owed. I found out that she has a lein against her on the home and the deed cannot be given over to me until she has paid off her loan with the finance co. i think she is the one in default. Please someone help me. I need some good advice.
