Settlement charges

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?Virginia Hello,I recently refinanced my home with E-Loan. The day of the closing I noticed several errors (tax/stamp fee incorrect, and pre-paids incorrect). Also, they did not let me use my own Title company, which cost me an additional $300. (they apologized for not informing me in enough time to choose my own.) I notified e-loan immediately that day and I was told all would be taken care of. Unfortunately it has now been approx. 30 days and no one seems to be able to help me at e-loan(they keep passing the problem along to someone else, and no one seems to care). They owe me approx. $3000. What legal recourse do I have? Or, is there some agency that I can complain to. Thank you!
