Sheriff Sale Sign

What is the name of your state? OH

My house will be sold at auction in June.

There is a sign in my front yard.

Am I allowed to take it down?

And...your time would be better spent finding a new place that is local so that you can maintain the school district for your child... (refer to the other thread you started).

No, if you do they will sell your house and toss you.

The house sign advertises the property is for pending sale.

It is in your interest it be sold for as high a value as possible.

Thank you, and thank you for explaining the ramifications of taking it down.

So, I guess that means we still have to mow the lawn and weed the flowerbeds?
