Sheriff's Auction is set!!!!

legalWhat is the name of your state?Tenn
If my home is set for a sheriffs auction for the end of this month and i have sold it through a real estate agency, closing set for the 26th, can i back out of the sale of my home through real estate??? If so will the foreclosure kick right back in, or what can be done??? I am only getting payoff for sale through realtor and thats not including what I will owe them when they add their commission percentage.....Any ideas????
