Do you need to sign a good faith estimate, truth in lending, uniform residential loan application the addendum to the uniform residential loan application? |

| | | You are required to sign the GFE and TIL at closing. A lender is only required to prepare these documents within 3 days of initializing your application in accordance with RESPA.
You do not need to sign the initial loan application unless it is completed by mail or face to face. You do however need to sign a final 1003 (application) and any addendums to it at closing. |

| | | sign I think a VA or FHA loan requires that all the initial forms are signed.
I did not know that initial GFE and application were not required to be signed, but I do know that many lenders sure require it! | |
