Spouse abandoned me

What is the name of your state? Oregon
My spouse abandoned me 9 months ago. I have NO idea where she is. I need to sell , refinance the house before it goes to foreclosure. How do I do this quickly?

You have no choice but to get in touch with a atty NOW. My suggestion is that the problem you have is too big to wait any longer for internet based forum help. You need to talk to a real estate atty who also can work with a divorce atty on your behalf. Use the links up top and find a atty.

You don't say the important thing, which is, whose name is the house in? I assume that her name is on it. However, if it is owned jointly by both of you, probably just you can sell it unless it is owned by you AND her. Then you either get up the money to pay the back balance or you can file bankruptcy alone to avoid forecloseure or you find her and get her to sign so you can sell. In the meantime, locate her. That's what private investigators are for.
