Which States Still Require Original Document for Foreclosure and Discharge

I wanted to know which states still required original documents for filing foreclosures and discharges???? With the advent of imaging and the ability to obtain clerk certified copies of documents I am told that there is still a series of states that require the orignal documents.

Can you tell me which states those are?

Thanks,

Rob

**A: is this a homework question? And why are you not asking about Guam and the Marshall Islands?
