statute of limitations in alabama on a foreclosure?

What is the name of your state?Alabama

I was divorced in the 90's. My exwife was suppose to get a trailer we bought together put in her name. She let it get repossesed. I sent the creditors copies of my divorce degree and it is not currently on my credit. my current wife and I would like to buy a house, but we are worried that the collection company can come back and put a lien on it. How long will it be before they can no longer come after me? There has never been a court judgement against me for this. Help!
