Stopping Foreclosure

I have received a foreclosure summons from our county clerks office, but have worked out a payment plan with the mortgage company. The foreclosure has been put on suspension. I need to know how to answer the summons? The court house will not give me "legal advice" on how to do so, but I can't afford the attorney to do so for me at this time.

**A: sell your computer, have a garage/yard sale and raise $500 bucks to get an attorney to answer the complaint with a general denial of all counts. If you answer the complaint the court cannot grant the Plaintiff an automatic default judgement.
