stopping foreclosure


What is the name of your state? NC

Recently my house went into foreclosure Ineed to know what options I have please help.

Not enough currently. I am trying to liquidate some assets and talking to mortgage company about loss mitigation. I also have not been served with the paperwork. Thank you!

Try a Forbearance


Every state is a little different, obviously. But there are some steps you can take immediately. Call the lender and ask specifically about a "forbearance plan." Most lenders will work with you if this is your first problem with them. They'll usually want you to come up with 2-3 months of payments. At the very least, they'll say no. So you have nothing to lose.
