I am trying to collect on past due child support and have a lien against the debtor's property, located in Wisconsin. The property has foreclosed and will be up for auction soon. How do I apply for the surplus proceeds from the auction (if there are any)?
Please advise. Thank You

**A: you talk to the attorney that filed the foreclosure action.
