Tax Lien CertificatesWhat is the name of your state? OH I have been reading up on tax lien certificate sales in Ohio. I was wondering if anyone out there has actually tried this? If so, is it something that is really worth it or is it a complete waste of time? I guess I'm really asking if it's as easy as it sounds....you purchase a tax lien certificate from auction, you hold the certificate until (and "if") the property owner pays the outstanding tax (plus interest) to you....if tax is not squared up then you own the property for what you purchased the certificate for.... Thanks for any and all input!!! |

| The only way you can gain experience is to actually put forth an effort in doing something. I'm looking for advice and insight on this subject.....not to be told to "stay out of it" because I've never done it before. I once heard that "there is a first time for everything"************** |
