Texas land/ mobile home issue

What is the name of your state? Texas
I have a m/h problem,
I purchased a piece of improved land ( tax deed sale) with a mobile home on it (not included in the sale). with research if found the bank foreclosed on the mobile home owner. I gave the bank an offer for the mobile home, have called them 2 times for a response. It has been 2 weeks and still no response.I need to either own the home or get it off my land so I can sell the land or put another home on it. What are the laws regarding the time frame the mortgage co. has to park their home on my land rent free and with out my permission??? how much time do they have to respond. what if they just ignore me?
thanks,
kdata

Send them a certified letter return receipt requested AND also a first class letter.

Tell them you are charging them some outrageous fee (start at $100 per day) for renting your lot.

Give them all the details on how you got it. Send copies of everything.

That will stir them in to action.

(You'll never get any money from them but you may get the thing off your land.)
