Title Insurance that Incorrect and damage my family relationship

What is the name of your state? Indiana

The process began over the telephone. I received a call by representative of a Finance company telling me I have been Pre- Approved for a loan on my property
An telephone Application was taken out by a Loan Officer. I told the loan officer my sister name is on the property also. Later in the week the loan officer called and told me the property was in my name only. After he asured me that I was the only one one the property I closed on the loan. Later I reviewed the closing documents and I found many errors .I paid for title insurance at the closing. Only later to find out my sister name is on the property also. The title company gave me untrue information and have told me they never gave me title insurance or a commitment to insurance. This have damage my relationships with my all sisters. My five sister have all chose to stick together.
I have all the documents to prove my case. I need help for an attorney. I am looking for legal advise and representation ASAP?

And HOW do you know the title company said this on their commitment? Do you have, can you get, a copy of the alleged commitment? How do you know the LO didn't feed you a line about what the title company did?

I have the documents

I have the documents that substantiate I was given title insurance . The title company was there at the closing. Actually the closing was at the Title company office.

Exactly how did this title commitment damage you?

(I have to confess...I thought I'd heard everything till I read this thread!)

Please open the commitment and READ the list of REQUIREMENTS that the title company set out that would allow you to mortgage the property. Look at Schedule B1. I suspect that the requirements sections calls for a deed from sis to you then a mortgage from you to lender.
