Trust deed

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada
If my trust deed states my lender's name 2 lenders ago. My loan was sold and currently handled by mortgage financial service. Does this financial service have a right to foreclose on me?

Only if you defaulted on the mortgage.
