trustee sale notification

What is the name of your state? I am in Texas. WE were on repayment plan with mortgage lender after recission of sale and if we became default according to agreement the lender could accelerate foreclosure skipping the first notification. But, the lawyers delayed informing us of trustees sale for over two weeks. Waiting until exactly 21 days, and of course it was in the mail for three. Seems like obsttruction to me? Any opinions?
