The issue has been taken care of as far as my credit history being updated to reflect correct history etc.....
BUT I have over a year of negative credit history (unwarranted fair debt allegations) that has portrayed me to credit issuers as a negative credit risk. the question is this.
Would I have any legal recourse AT ALL that would be worth my cause? |
