Question

want to buy a foreclosure

I live in Michigan, and I have kept my eye on a house that has now been vacant for several months. The owner is now gone, utilities are shut off, and a couple of weeks ago there was a court summons posted on the door. Should I wait for a real estate company to get it, or can I start to inquire about it now? Who should I call, and what should I say?

Look in your local newspaper for the advertisement of the foreclosure sale.

You can try to approach the present owner.

If you can find the present owner, that would be best..
