Want to sell our contract

What is the name of your state? Oregon

We are holding the contract and are the lean holders on property we sold.

I want to sell the contract and what is the average discounted offer we may be offered?

Is there any one company better than another?

A: Whatever the best percentage you can come up with in your negotiations.

See what each of the companies offer you and choose the one you like the best.

You will not like any of them in the end. Face it they are in that biz to make good profit!

**A: remember if the writer is the lean holder, there may not be much fat.

the norm in my area is a 10-20% discount but I have seen some as high as 40%.
