Watch OUT!-theyll take advantage....

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
Watch Out:
We refinanced back in Dec.04. Mortgage Company B got the payoff figure wrong for Company A. In turn we had to pay a difference of 12,000$ and now we have a home equity loan open to pay off comopany A. Now our payments are higher than before we refinanced.
Screwed in PA. I have to wait another year to refinance the extra 12,000 onto the principal. Refinance Companies are only out for thier cut...not your best interest.

There are a lot of predatory lenders out there; get everything in writing and make sure you understand everything.
