What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

My grandpa cosigned on my house with my husband and I. He is not on the deed, only my husband and I are. (He is not paying the note, he just helped us get the mortgage.)

I looked through our loan documents and it doesn't state anything about what happens if the cosigner dies. Only says the loan defaults if payments are late, etc.

I am assuming we just continue paying as we normal have been for the past few years?

Thanks
