what happens next..builder forclosed

What is the name of your state?fl..Did my walk thru today to close weds..well at 4.30 today my realtor got a call saying the bank who the builder had his loan with to build forclosed on him..so i guess the bank owns the 8 townhomes whch are fee simple...what happens to me and any monies the builder owes me for credits and my down payment to him..aslo there are thing needed done to the houe mostly cosmectic unside but some major items electrical..
