I refinanced my home and Amstar was to put my 2 loans into one. After I had signed the papers I told them that there was an error that it showed 2 loans, with higher interest, they told me it would be correct but it never was. I called endlessly nothing was ever done. I put in a complaint to BBB but still nothing done, calls to other sources for help nothing done. Now I have to sell my home and I am trying to do a short sale and WAMU will not do anything we have sent the short sale packages in for the last 3 months no reply they can not give a person's name to talk to, they just keep telling us that they have not received the package. Please help what can I do?
