What type of the loan is best for my plan?

What is the name of your state?GA
If my goal is to pay off the mortgage on the 5th year, what type of the home loan has likely the least interest and closing costs, 5 years ARM, 7 yeas ARM with extra payments without penalties, 10 or 15 years fixed rate mortgage with extra payments? Thanks.
