the home was sold to a broker for a little over $10,000. There were liens on the home from the state, those show that the show now being paid off.
I do believe the local property taxes were also paid off. The home was acessed at $72,000.+ Mortgage Co. Wants $60,000. and it is now in the hands of a realitor.
I really want to know if the ex can legally enforce the amendum, and expect to be paid the $5,000. I feel the the ex can't because the owner lost possession of the home and realized no profit.
