We had a group of ghostbusters come in and it's certified haunted. I didn't take the 500 dollars because I just didn't want any dealings whatsoever with the property anymore. (enough to loose over 80 thousand dollars!)One entity is very dangerous and I couldent bare the thought of selling it to anyone else. I could not live with myself if some other ususpecting family or anyone had bought it. I figure some greedy company praying on peoples bad luck would get what they deserved. I was right! Anyway I got my mail today and the company that bought it still wants to know if I want my money. They also asked if I'd sighn a deed. My question is why would they want me to sighn a deed if I never sold the house?? I have no problem doing it as long as I never have to go over there again or I'm not being set up for some legal action from sighning this. I also told them it was haunted and let them know I was disclosing it because I didn't want anyone hurt anymore. Do they have to disclose this? I hope so . So what do you think? Is it ok to sighn the deed and why are they asking?
You allowed an 80K house to go to forclosure b/c it was "haunted"???

I have one word for you:
SWEET!

Conscience or not, I would not allow my 500K house and property to go to forclosure due to "haunting"....
Apparently, my conscience is not as "good" as yours!
(add the fact that I don't believe in ghosts, OR your story)

If I had 80K to lose, a conscience, and believed in ghosts, I wouldn't have stayed in the home 12+ years especially if they were giving me grief.

What's the rest of the story?

You obviously have a lot of time on your hands; post your jokes somewhere else.

I'm not asking anyone if they believe in ghosts or not . personally I don't care if you do or not. The reason we stayed is because it didn't get bad till the last year to answer your question. All I want to know is why do they want me to sighn a deed.

Q: Is it ok to sighn the deed and why are they asking?

A: Yes; they just want to make certain that all of your interests have been clearly disposed of on the record down at the courthouse.

No, but they have been warned of your "ghost" beliefs and they laughed just as hard as I did....

Thank you very much. I just wanted an answer. I geuss if I had read such a story I probably might not believe it much either. But we really did call in the MN paranormal society and they came with all theyr good electronic goodies and stuff. Another question is don't you have to disclose this kind of thing when you sell a house? Just wondering cause the people I bought it from werent even living in it when I got it and they live in the same neighbourhood. I couldent even get the husband to come over and answer any appliance questions and simple stuff like that.
