Will foreclosing on rental property affect primary residence property?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado. We have a second property that is going to go to foreclosure unless it sells in 3 weeks. Can the bank come after our primary residence which is with a different mortgage company?

Google "deficiency judgement Colorado" and let us know what you find out.
