hello i am trying to figure out what i should do because my house in mississippi was wrongfully foreclosed on. the payments were still being sent to the company where i got the loan from and they were accepting them but they said that they could not accept the payments like 2 months later and they sent a check and the check was placed in the bank account and to make a long story short the check the company sent was not good and honored by the bank the bank person said that the company had sent a badcheck or had stopped payment on the check all while i was paying they were saying that they were not recieving the payments but it all was a lie and they had gave me another address to send the payment and a guysaid that i spoke to on the phone said that that address was a locked box and not to send it there, the first payment i sent they said they had not gotten it buy a couple minutes later while i was on the phone with them they said that there was a mix up in the mail so now i am trying to get a copy of a west union transaction i used to make a payment but i do not have the paper from western union someone please tell me what to do and how to go about suing these people and getting this taken off of my credit all the payments that were sent in were sent 3 or more days before they were due pleases help me

**A: your issues are too specific and complex to be dealing with on an internet website. You need to hire your own personal attorney.

It is very hard to figure out what you are going on about without using sentences. Especially mystifying is who sent who a bad check when payments were behind? Was there a 3rd party involved? Were they cashing your checks promptly?

BTW you have to allow 7-10 days for first class mail from California. For example mail from there to Illinois sometimes arrives in a few days, but sometimes takes over a week.
