My ex son-in-law sold me 1/2 acre of land while he was married to my daughter. Now they are divorced and he still owns his property. For 12 years now he has allowed me to go beyond the property line and put up a fence and plant trees. Knowing where his property line was. But recently I moved my other double wide mobile home onto my property and it extends over the property line about 3 feet not past the fence line he allowed me to put up. But now he has had the land resurveyed and tells me I have to move the trailer. Do I have any rights under adverse possession? Please help I am 70 years old on limited income and taking care of my 90 year old mother

**A: move the trailer 3 feet onto your own property.
