To a 3 seperate cabin lots...one neighbor who is a peice of work- recently tried taking a large mobile home down our mountian dirt drive to get it up to his property which is the last property on the road...
well, he got stuck and took it upon himself to put down stone, widen the road, etc- for his benefit- as it was perfectly fine to begin with.(never consulted the other owners on the road)
so the kicker is- we are trying to sell our lot and mr drivewayman started threatening our buyer with a $2800 bill saying either he was to pay it or we were- well, we didn't even know he was going to do this-
are we in any way liable for this fee?
