What are the laws in the state of Connecticut for Go Karts? Specifically age requirements. Where they can ride them.
We have a group of kids that drive down our street with Go Karts and ATVs. No helmets, no registered ATVs. None of the younger kids can play outside without the fear of being hit by one of these kids.
Age for Go Kart and ATV riders are from 9 - 14 years old.
They are a nusance to all they live on the street. Most of the kids don't even live in our neighborhood. We put up with the one kid that did, but now they are using our street as a racetrack.
I found the laws on the ATVs, but can't find anything on motorized Go Karts.
