We have been having issues with a neighbor that has a carefree life style. The problems that we are having is that one: he sales drugs out of his home, which was raided last month. 2. he has people coming in and out of his home and are constantly moving vehicles around, which is weird. 3. he has a disgruntle girlfriend that will display her anger for all to see. 4. he now has an enemy that has been coming to his house (twice) around 2-3 am trying to get him to come out to fight, where the cops have been called twice. This guy broke that neighbors window. We are all terrified and don't know what kind of legal action we can do against this neighbor. He is living in a house owned by his grandmother. What legal actions can we take and can we get him evicted from this home?

You cannot get him evicted. However, I do advise you to keep calling the police when you see trouble.

Keep calling the police when incidents happen.
Keep a record of everything that has happened.
If his grandmother is still alive, send her a letter letting her know what he is doing.
If he is the owner of the property, then you will have to work with law enforcement agencies to end this situation.

Call or write the grandmother and tell her that houses used for drug dealing, etc., can be seized by the government and she may lose the house altogether.

And, yeah, keep calling the cops.
