Question

Being taunted and slandered by neighbor

san mateo, ca
Ive been living in my apartment for almost three years now and have never in my life endured what this woman has done in the past two weeks. She wrote a letter to the owner of the building making worrible and untrue statements about me and saying she wont be happy until I am evicted. She just called me white trash and a slut for my young son and other neighbors can here. Can I get a restraining order or sue her for the slander she has made it so my happy home is not so happy anymore. I never said nor did anything to her. She moved in and within two weeks called the police seven times and one was when I was BBQ.
