What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia is my state.
I have a neighbor that wants to cut evergreen scrubbs that were planted on
property line. Is it correct that they can not be cut without both property owners permissionn and they can not be pruned back in a way that would kll
them. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Take dated and timed pictures of the trees, shrubs and where exactly the property line is.

Have a tree specialist come out and do a free estimate on cost of replacing the shrubs, trees, and whether or not the trees, shrubs can be trimmed back safely.
