Brick Wall Upgainst Apartment's Snowplowers

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MA
I have a brick wall that backs up to apartments. When they snowplow, the wall is pushed forwarded thus bowing. How can I have this stoped and or repaired?

Sue the bad people for trespass.

**A: sounds like you have an old poorly constructed brick wall. Hire a contractor to repair or replace.

Suggestions:
Photo document the damage, snow pushed up against the wall, area snow was pushed from, alternative places snow could have been pushed. Next, get an estimate of damage and cost to repair.

Write them to cease and desist from plowing snow up against your wall. Send it Certified-signature request.

Once you have gotten the estimate, send it to the landowner certified, w/signature request, and ask for compensation. Give them a time limit and ask them to respond back to you.

If they do not respond, take them to court. If the damage is under the state limit, take them to Small Claims Court, otherwise, sue them in the appropriate court.

No kidding. Are they pushing with a massive snowplow? Tell them what is happening and you expect them to plow with greater care in the future.

**A: maybe a kinder gentler snowplowing then.
