I just received a parcel of land and found that the neighbors have been using it for their own purposes. They've built a shed and have been storing their personal property (ie, trailers and farming equipment) on the land. They were notified numerous times by the previous tenant's lawyers to remove their belongings, but to no avail. Do i have the right to sell their personal property which is clearly on my land?

No you don't. At least not right now. You do have the right to have their property removed and send them the bill.
