I am so sorry, I erroneously posted my question under the Civil Litigation header and I do not know how to move it. I think my story somewhat pertains to a fence line or maybe a private land issue? I am not real sure. But, if you have any knowledge of my situation, please read my article. Thanks very much for any assistance you can provide.
