What is the name of your state? North Carolina
The only entrance to my home is over an easement. The driveway is sinking and I will not be able to get in much longer. The damage is cause by the landowner's underground culvert. (Please read post:7-3-05 9am). Anyone know if the owner must fix the culvert problem? I will fix driveway. Help!
