What is the name of your state? Alabama
After buying a foreclosed home we have worked out a deal with the neighbor that the dividing boundary line to be moved basicly "swapping" our back corner for his front corner. This also involves moving a right of way deeded easement to the owner of the property behind us who is also in agreement with this. The new survey is done showing this change. Now what do we need to file at the court house to make this all legal??? Thanks for any and all help

I guess what I am asking is will the owner of the easement/right of way to the property behind us need to sign quit claim deeds to the land that will be affected by the change of the line? He will be recieving a corrected deed for the change in his easement. Thanks again for ANY help in this matter!!
