city is invading my privacy with a walking path.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wyoming. The city didn't even tell me ahead of time this was taking place.

how is the walking path invading your privacy?

I mean dose it run along your land so close to your house people can look into your windows, or simply alow people a view of your yard so if you go out side to tan/swim in your pool(if you have one)/kids play people can see it will no problem.

Best you can do is build a fence or other barrier along the path on you land. Depending on law/city ordence you might be able to ge the city to help pay for it.
