What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
My property has a brick wall that is insured by the HOA, and has been maintained by the HOA. There is a 10 foot wall easement. A tree (on our property) root is causing the wall to crack and split. The HOA wants to cut the tree roots in addition to "patching" the crack. What rights do we have regarding the tree, and when there are workmen repairing the wall?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |
