What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri
In 2007 I sued two neighbors for removal of their encroachments from a 20 foot wide private drive that I own. They counter claimed adverse posession/prescriptive easements to maintain the encroachments and tried to steal my land. After several years in court, the judgment was entirely in my favor. The court order said among other things that I was the sole owner of said roadway and that defendants were to refrain from establishing any further encroachments upon Plaintiffs (me) property. It also said I had the right to remove any and all encroachments placed upon my property by Defendants.
My question is can I send them a demand letter for the 1700.00 I paid for the removal of their two driveways (both were 7 feet into the 20 foot wide roadway), and then take them to small claims court if/when they refuse to pay. And what do you believe are my chances of collecting. I have paid 10s of thousands in legal fees and prefer not to incur any more legal expenses. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

I think your chances in SC Court are excellent in getting a judgement. You may have difficulty collecting, despite the judgement.
